Grab your ingredients
Break off pieces of your vegan beef replacement and form it into smaller chunks.
Sauté the vegan "beef" chunks until they are browned on all sides.
To add more flavors, simmer Better Than Bouillon "No Beef" base with onions, garlic, and cilantro.
Mix in the heartier vegetables like potatoes, cabbage, corn, carrots, and celery.
Simmer the vegetables until they are almost done. Your house is going to smell amazing at this point!
Since the zucchini doesn't take long to cook, add it in last with a few minutes left of simmering.
Divide the vegetables, vegan "beef" chunks, and broth between bowls. Serve with a side of limes, hot sauce, tortillas, etc.
