Crispy Quesadilla Recipe

Try these crispy vegan quesadillas for a quick and easy weeknight dinner recipe. Serve them as-is or with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream!

Add 2-3 tablespoons of shredded cheese. Fold each one in half to make half-moon shapes.
