Crispy Quesadilla Recipe
Try these crispy vegan quesadillas for a quick and easy weeknight dinner recipe. Serve them as-is or with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream!
On one side of each tortilla, spread about 2 tablespoons of beans.
2-3 tablespoons of shredded cheese. Fold each one in half to make half-moon shapes.
Brush both sides of the tortillas with a little olive or avocado oil.
Transfer the quesadillas to your air fryer basket two at a time.
Cook for 4 minutes, then flip them. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Serve plain or with salsa fresca, guacamole, and cashew crema.
