Peach Cobbler (Without Dairy)

This easy peach cobbler is juicy and jammy with a chewy, cookie-like topping. Serve it warm with a dollop of dairy-free vanilla ice cream!

In a large bowl, toss the sliced peaches, cane sugar, and cornstarch together. Transfer them to a greased baking dish and set aside.

STEP 1

In another mixing bowl, whisk the flour, cane sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

STEP 2

Pour melted vegan butter and vanilla into the dry ingredients, stirring to incorporate. It should resemble cookie dough at this point.

STEP 3

Using your hands, evenly crumble the batter on top of the peaches. Bake the cobbler for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the juices are bubbling.

STEP 4

Remove it from the oven and let it cool for about 20-25 minutes before serving.
