Easy Peach Dump Cake
This juicy peach dump cake is about to become your new favorite dessert, especially after you find out how easily it comes together!
Preheat your oven to 350F. Add vegan butter cubes to a baking dish, and place it in the oven while it is preheating to melt the butter.
Combine the cake mix and soy milk, then pour the batter over the butter, but don't stir it.
Simmer the peaches, cane sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch until thick.
Transfer the cooked peaches to the baking dish over the butter and batter, but again do not stir. Sprinkle the top with a pinch of cinnamon.
Bake it until the top is golden and the peach mixture is bubbly.
