Broke Bank Vegan
Start with corn tortilla chips (just make sure they are vegan-friendly).
Layer on cubed jicama, mangoes, and cucumber (or other fruits of your choosing).
Add tamarindo candies and cracker nuts (regular or chile-lime peanuts work too).
Drizzle with chamoy, Valentina hot sauce, chile-lime seasoning, and lime juice.
Serve right away with an ice-cold chelada or agua fresca.
