These gluten-free muffins are an easy breakfast or dessert made with just 10 ingredients. They’re tender, moist, and perfectly sweet!

Whisk the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl.

STEP 1

In another bowl, beat the syrup and mashed banana with a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth. Add buttermilk, oil, and vanilla.

STEP 2

Transfer the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix the batter until just combined.

STEP 3

Using an ice cream scoop, divide the batter evenly between the prepared muffin cups.

STEP 4

Bake until a toothpick inserted into the centers comes out clean. Let them cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then to a rack.
