Crispy air fryer hash browns come together in a flash with this simple recipe. Make these golden-brown patties for the perfect breakfast!

Wash and grate the potatoes, then rinse them thoroughly in a colander to remove the starch.

STEP 1

Transfer to a bowl of cold water to soak for 5 minutes, then squeeze all of the excess water out.

STEP 2

Combine the potatoes, a tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

STEP 3

Add mounds of potatoes to the basket, being careful not to stack any on top of each other. Lightly brush the tops with a little extra oil.

STEP 4

Air fry for 6-9 minutes, flip the patties, then fry for another 6-9 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
