Homemade Taro Milk Tea
Taro milk tea is a vibrant purple boba made with jasmine tea, taro, milk, and tapioca pearls. Each sip is sweet, creamy, and uniquely flavored!
Simmer the tapioca pearls for 15-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Bring the sugar and water to a simmer until the sugar has dissolved.
Strain the tapioca pearls, then transfer them a bowl with a few tablespoons of syrup to soak.
Brew some jasmine tea, let it cool, then blend it with the taro, coconut milk, sea salt, and syrup.
Transfer some boba to a glass or cup, then ice, and the taro mixture.
