Grab your ingredients

Simmer the fruit

Peel and cube the mangoes, seed the chiles, then add everything to a saucepan and simmer it.

Let it cool

Once the chiles, fruits, and hibiscus flowers are tender, remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.

Transfer to a blender

Transfer the cooled mixture to your blender and add in a generous squeeze of lime juice.

Blend until smooth

Mix the chamoy until the consistency is smooth. Taste it and add any more seasonings you feel it's missing at this point.

Storage

Once your mango chamoy is fully cooled, transfer it to mason jars or containers for storage.
