Toast the peanuts


For a more flavorful peanut candy, use toasted peanuts (or toast them yourself).

Pulse the peanuts


Pulse the peanuts into a coarse meal, but don't go overboard unless you want peanut butter!

Add the sugar


Make sure to use powdered sugar and not granulated sugar or the mixture won't stay together.

Press and shape


Press the peanut mixture very firmly into a small circle cookie cutter (or any shape you want).

Serve the candies


Serve your candies at room temperature or straight from the fridge or freezer for a refreshing treat.
