Vegan Sour Cream
This vegan sour cream is a thick, rich, and tangy replacement for regular sour cream. Enjoy it with chilis, burritos, and more!
Add cashews, water, lemon juice (or vinegar), and salt, to a high-speed blender. Mix until smooth, adding more water as needed.
Taste and adjust the salt to your liking, then transfer the mixture to a jar to chill in your fridge for a few hours.
Once chilled, serve your vegan sour cream with burritos, chilis, soups, taco bowls, and more.
