Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup vegan mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • cup dill pickles, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon capers, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon cane sugar
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl whisk together the vegan mayo, Dijon mustard, diced pickles, capers, fresh dill, lemon juice, and cane sugar until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and adjust other mix-ins to suit your preferences. Add more Dijon or lemon for tang, cane sugar for sweetness, or even diced shallots for a kick. Happy eating!

  • Mix well: Make sure all ingredients are well incorporated for a sauce with balanced flavors.
