Easy Peach Juice

Peach juice is sweet, simple, refreshing, and made with zero additives or refined sugars. All you'll need is fresh peaches! Whip up a batch in 5 minutes or less.

Ingredients
 

  • 3 pounds fresh peaches

Instructions
 

  • Wash the peaches in cold water, gently rubbing off the fuzz. Pit and roughly cut the peaches, then add them to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  • If you prefer a thinner consistency, strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
  • Transfer the peach juice to a large mason jar to chill, or serve over ice immediately. Happy drinking!

Notes

Chill in advance: To prevent having to wait for your juice to cool, place your peaches in the fridge the night before making the juice.
Avoid canned fruit: Frozen peaches work fine, but you'll want to avoid canned varieties as they're packaged with syrup and sugars.
Adjust the sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter juice, enhance the flavor by adding 1 tablespoon of peach simple syrup or your favorite sweetener at a time.
Experiment with flavors: Try adding a hint of vanilla extract, cinnamon, or fresh mint for a flavor twist on the classic peach juice flavor.
Peaches can have fuzzy skin that holds onto dirt. Washing them thoroughly under cold water before blending ensures your juice is clean and debris-free.
